Prime HOA Management is a full-service HOA management company serving the greater Bay Area and Sacramento. Prime was born to fulfill the need for better customer service and more transparency.

We have vendors who can provide competitive bids for janitorial, maintenance, construction, push and pull, and landscaping services. We can help Associations tackle any HOA-related maintenance and capital improvement projects.

We use HOA software to help us in collecting dues, uploading information, and sending out reminders quickly to clients.

We work with HOAs of all sizes, as well as developer-controlled associations.

Carlos Veliz, CPM 

President, Community Association Manager

Originally from Peru, Carlos has made California his home, and it truly has a special place in his heart. Since his native tongue is Spanish, Carlos is able to help families in the Bay Area maintain their dream homes with consistent HOA Management. His integrity, honesty, and responsibility are what make him a great Community Manager and trusted advisor. He is able to leverage his experience in property management as a CPM in translation to his leadership role within Prime HOA Management. 

Being a problem solver is within Carlos’s foundational tenants, which is why all HOA communities from parts of the Bay Area trust Carlos and his team to manage their communities and provide a fair and dutiful representation and solutions for any situation. Carlos makes Bay Area Homeowner’s decision easy to choose Prime HOA Management a logical choice for their management and financial needs.
He takes his work very seriously and consistently hustles for his client’s best interests. When managing a community for the first time, there can be lots of unknowns. From choosing the right vendor for the community to understanding a reserve study, Carlos wants to minimize the things Homeowners don’t know.
He is always happy to help find the answers without the stress or the sweat. After years of experience, he has the extensive knowledge Homeowners need about maintaining their assets including all kinds of communities. Carlos’s experience managing residential properties has allowed him to create strong relationships with reputable companies, contractors, investors, and homeowners. His clients benefit from the 25 years of leading property management divisions with the Rose Group with the connections he has within his asset management. During the past 15 years, Carlos has had an in-depth knowledge of RFPs, ground-up construction, redevelopment, and renovations in both commercial and residential contractual work via his role as a partner in a growing construction firm in the Bay Area. He is dedicated to working alongside each Homeowner to help them maximize their asset while enjoying the comfort of their own home! When not at work, Carlos loves traveling the world, spending time with his family, and being an aspiring chef/restauranteur.

Vice President and Community Association Manager

Jaime is a seasoned professional with a passion for enhancing communities and streamlining operations. With a background spanning 13 years in marketing, 7 years in real estate, and 5 years working with homeowner’s associations (HOAs), Jaime brings a variety of knowledge and expertise to our team at Prime HOA Management.
With a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and intricacies of HOA management, Jaime is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Her experience in overseeing homeowner’s associations enables her to navigate complex governance issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a harmonious living environment for all residents.

Jaime’s background as a licensed Realtor and apartment manager allows her to provide valuable insights and guidance to both board members and homeowners, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the community.
Through her marketing efforts, Jaime has successfully attracted potential homeowners, enhanced community engagement, and contributed to the growth of Prime HOA Management.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys fitness, road trips with her partner and their dog, and participating in industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HOA management.

 

Brianna Calder, CCAM

Community Association Manager

Brianna is a seasoned professional in the realm of community management and rental property administration, with over 15 years of dedicated service in the real estate industry. She grew up in a family of real estate professionals,  flipping houses and renting them out at a young age.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, Brianna has successfully navigated the intricacies of HOA governance, ensuring that communities under her stewardship operate smoothly and efficiently. Her expertise spans a wide array of tasks, including budgeting, vendor management, compliance enforcement, and conflict resolution, all aimed at fostering a sense of community and enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Brianna enjoys volunteering in her local community and exploring the great outdoors.

 

Deven Gurnani

Community Association Manager

Deven has over 10 years in the real estate management industry, which includes 2 years community association management, 5 years in commercial, and 3 in residential.  Deven’s common interest community portfolios have included master-planned communities with mixed-use entities of retail, commercial, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family property owners associations.

Deven specializes in multi-family property owner associations, townhome and condominium associations. He has expertise with developer-controlled associations from start-up through the transition to homeowner-controlled associations.

Through these relationships, he has been an integral leader in the growth of Prime HOA. His extensive communication ensures smooth transitions and satisfies professionally managed communities.

Deven’s dedication to the industry continues through her Community Association Institute’s membership, volunteerism and education for professional designations.  Deven assists a growing portfolio by providing his overall experience in relocation, mobility, property management, and most recently the community association. When Deven isn’t assisting the HOA communities, he finds time to volunteer as a mentor to college students, coach recreational sports, and spend time with his young kids and his wife.

Community Association Manager

With over two decades of dedicated service in the property management industry, Sean brings a wealth of experience to the table. Throughout his extensive career, he has seamlessly collaborated with inspectors, vendors, residents, municipalities, and various regulatory bodies. Sean is recognized as our reliable “boots-on-the-ground” professional, consistently demonstrating a hands-on approach that ensures effective management and operational excellence.

Assistant Community Association Manager

Micelia brings a wealth of administrative expertise to her role and is actively pursuing her CCAM professional designation. In her capacity, she plays a pivotal role in assisting property managers by efficiently coordinating elections, engaging with vendors, and facilitating communication with homeowners.

Crystal Kirby

Director of Accounting

Crystal leads the accounting department with expertise in HOA and DRE trust fund accounting. Known for her effective communication skills, she ensures prompt responses to board members and owners, addressing all their financial inquiries with precision and efficiency.
